We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide safe and appropriate treatment. Medical and health information is collected because it is essential to delivering massage therapy safely. Without it we cannot carry out a treatment.
- To respond to your enquiries and manage bookings. Contact details are used to communicate with you about appointments and any follow-up.
- To comply with our professional obligations. Maintaining client records is a standard requirement for practising massage therapists.
We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not send unsolicited communications.

Client records including medical intake information are retained for a minimum of 7 years following your last appointment, in line with standard professional practice for complementary therapy records. After this period, records are securely deleted.
Enquiry and contact form submissions that do not result in a booking are deleted within 12 months.
How we protect your information
Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not store your medical information on public servers. Access to client records is restricted to the practitioner only.
Your rights
