Foot Massage

Targeted massage across the soles, heels, arches and ankles. The feet take a lot, standing, walking, being stuffed into shoes all day, and they're one of the most rewarding areas to work on. You'll feel the difference the moment you stand up.

Back, Neck & Shoulders

The areas most people are carrying the most in. A focused session that works through the full back, up into the neck and across the shoulders covering the places where stress tends to settle and stay. If you've got a specific area that's been giving you trouble, this is where we go to work on it.

Full Body 60 minutes

A complete treatment from head to toe. An hour gives enough time to work through the whole body properly without rushing and without skipping anything. The session is shaped around what you need on the day, whether that's working specific areas harder or letting the whole thing flow.

Full Body 90 minutes

Everything the 60-minute session covers, with more time to go deeper, work slower and make sure nothing gets shortchanged. If you've got several areas that need attention or you just want the session to breathe properly, the extra half hour makes a real difference.
